OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES

We are here to make your stay at HOPE SPRINGS relaxing and enjoyable, and we want our guests and our team to feel safe. HOPE SPRINGS is a member of the California Hotel and Lodging Association and they have certified us as a Safe and Clean Facility.

Our staff has had additional training on Covid-19 protocols. Please find below a list of increased cleaning procedures and changes following guidelines from: Riverside County, the State of California, Cal/OSHA, the Center for Disease Controls, and the Environmental Protections Agency.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

For the protection of all of our guests and staff, upon arrival at the hotel, guests will be asked to sign a health form acknowledging they are symptom-free.

Guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people while moving around the property and in common areas.

Additionally:

Guests are required to wear masks in the lobby.

Outdoors, if distancing is not possible, masks are required.

In the pools, please make sure your party stays 6’ away from any other group.

Lounge chairs have been placed with social distance between each group. Do not change deck layout.

Hand sanitizer has been placed in high traffic areas for your use.

Books, Magazines, and newspapers have been removed from rooms and lobby for your safety.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH & SAFETY

Our employees are required to complete a COVID-19 Emergency Screening Procedure and sign off before arriving at HOPE SPRINGS for their workday. This includes a self-administered temperature check at home. Employees with symptoms will be paid and remain at home for a minimum of 14 days and until they are fully recovered. Any identified case of Covid-19 will immediately be reported to Riverside County Public Health Officials.

All staff will wear face masks as required by Riverside County.

GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS & PUBLIC SPACES

HOPE SPRINGS follows the Center for Disease Controls and Preventions Cleaning and Disinfecting guidelines.

Our cleaning practices in the lobby and outdoor public spaces will occur more frequently with a concentration on high touch areas (e.g. door handles).

Our pools' water is following the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting.

GUEST ROOMS

All of the guest rooms at HOPE SPRINGS have their own entrance from the outside with no closed hallways or elevators.

Each guest room has its own energy efficient ductless air-cooling system, so there are no ducts connecting any of the rooms.

Service to rooms will occur prior to guests' arrival and post-departure. If more towels or other service are needed, this may be arranged with the manager.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

We will be serving a continental breakfast that will be available for pick-up in the lobby each morning at a pre-arranged time with our Manager.
